Terms & Conditions

1. Client enrolment form is required before joining a class. It can be accessed by following this link.

2. We do not offer drop in classes as we aim to create a united groups, and allow clients to progress at the same pace in the group.

3. Classes run term times only - see calendar below for details.

4. Classes are held in following locations: Titchfield Parish Rooms (PO14 4AQ), Portchester Community Centre (PO16 9AD) and Portchester Parish Hall (PO16 9PS). All those locations provide free parking for your peace of mind.

5. The first class is a taster session and cost £5.​​

6. Group classes cost £35 collected via  monthly Direct Debit (£11 per class, based on attending 38 classes per year, and a minimum of 40 classes will run each calendar year).

7. Your space in class is guaranteed, and catch-up class system is in place - space permitting.

8. ​All Direct Debit matters are processed securely by GoCardless, which offer usual benefits of Direct Debit payments. Bfit Pilates do not collect or have access to your bank details. For more information please follow this link. 

9. ​I do not require notice period and you can cancel Direct Debit any time, however no refunds will be given for classes already paid.

All classes will start promptly, so please arrive in time to avoid disrupting the class once it's been started, and also so you don't miss the warm up or initial instructions.​

Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will be admitted only at the discretion of the teacher.​
